维持性血液透析患者心理韧性的研究进展

摘要
维持性血液透析患者心理状态与其生活质量密切相关。研究表明心理韧性关注患者心理精神中的积极因素,故本文综合国内外相关研究,对心理韧性的概念、测量工具,维持性血液透析患者心理韧性水平及相关因素进行综述,以期为促进该疾病患者心理健康提供参考依据。
The mental state of maintenance hemodialysis patients is closely related to their quality of life. Studies have shown that mental resilience pays close attention to the positive factors in patients' mental health. Therefore,this paper summarizes the concept,measuring tools,mental toughness level and the related factors of patients with maintenance hemodialysis based on relevant studies at home and abroad,in order to provide reference data for the promotion of mental health of patients with this disease.
