“健康中国”背景下农村老年体育发展问题探讨

摘要
"健康中国"理念的提出,映衬出我国农村老年体育在政策导向、客观条件和主体参与意识等方面的缺失。从"健康中国2030"规划顺利实施的角度看,农村老年体育发展关系到社会公平、体医结合战略的推行和体育产业的未来发展。因而,农村老年体育发展问题需要通过合理的途径来解决:需要政府颁布和实施具有实效性和针对性的政策支持,需要多方联动构建完善的资源供给和保障体系,需要因地制宜开发丰富多彩的农村老年体育项目。
The concept of "Healthy China" reflects the absence of policy guidance,objective conditions and participant awareness in rural senior citizen sports. To ensure the implementation of "Healthy China 2030"program,the development of rural senior citizen sports is in close relation to social justice,to the combination of sports and medicine and to the future development of sports industry. Therefore,to solve the problem,reasonable approaches such as effective and specific policies from the government,improving resources supply and guarantee systems are required urgently. It is necessary to develop rural senior citizen sports according to different local situations.
