中医药治疗肝郁化火型失眠研究概况

失眠中医证型由多到少依次是阴虚火旺、心脾两虚、肝郁化火、痰热内扰、心胆气虚等,肝郁化火型失眠成为主要证型,多由情志失常而导致,情志不遂,暴怒伤肝,肝气郁结化火,邪火扰动心神则不寐,或五志过极,心火内灼,扰动心神而不寐,或嬉笑无度,心神激动,神魂不安而不寐,或受惊吓,心虚胆怯,神魂不安,夜不能寐,七情过级均可导致脏腑功能失调,发生不寐。单纯西药治疗缺乏针对性,远期疗效不理想,且有一定不良反应。中医药治疗肝郁化火型失眠有独特优势,包括内治法、外治法、内外结合疗法及音乐疗法等多种形式,均具有一定效果,但疗效判定缺乏统一标准,尚需进一步完善。
Insomnia TCM syndromes from more to less are Yin deficiency and fire exuberance, heart and spleen deficiency, liver depression and fire, phlegm and heat internal disturbance, heart and gallbladder Qi deficiency, etc. Insomnia of liver depression and fire type becomes the main syndromes, mostly caused by emotional disorders, mood failure, anger and liver injury, liver qi depression and fire, evil fire disturbing the mind is insomnia, or five-minded excessive, heart fire burning, disturbing the mind and not sleeping, or laughing excessively. Excited, restless, or frightened, timid, restless, sleepless at night, excessive emotions can lead to visceral dysfunction, insomnia. Simple western medicine treatment lacks pertinence, longterm efficacy is not ideal, and there are certain adverse reactions. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating insomnia of stagnation of liver and transformation of fire type, including internal treatment, external treatment, internal and external combination therapy and music therapy, all of which have certain effects. However, there is no unified criterion for the determination of therapeutic effect, which needs further improvement.
