六味地黄方加味联合保妇康栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎疗效分析

摘要
目的研究探讨六味地黄方加味联合保妇康栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎疗效。方法该研究于2015年1月—2017年12月在该院进行,整群选取研究时段内收治的92例肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,随机均分两组,各46例,以保妇康栓治疗为对照,以六味地黄方加味联合保妇康栓治疗为观察组,对比两组的疗效、复发情况。结果观察组的有效率为93.5%,对照组的为80.0%,观察组疗效较对照组高,观察组中医证候的有效率为95.6%,对照组的为82.6%,复发情况较对照组少,观察组治疗后复发的有2例,占比4.3%(2/46),对照组复发的有5例,占比10.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄方加味联合保妇康栓治疗肝肾阴虚型老年性阴道炎,效果显著,可以增强疗效,减少复发率,且安全性较高,治疗后不会导致患者出现严重的不良反应,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis with liver and kidney yin deficiency. Methods This study was conducted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017. The 92 patients with senile vaginitis of liver and kidney yin deficiency were clusterly enrolled in the study period, and were randomly divided into two groups. Taking Baofukang suppository as a control group,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Baofukang suppository as the observation group, the efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%, and that of the control group was80.0%. The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 95.6%, and that of the control group was 82.6%. The recurrence was less than that of the control group. There were 2 cases of recurrence after treatment in the observation group, accounting for 4.34%(2/46), and 5 cases of recurrence in the control group, accounting for 10.8%,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Baofukang suppository is effective in treating senile vaginitis of liver and kidney yin deficiency. It can enhance the curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate, and has high safety. It will not cause serious adverse reactions after treatment. The effect is significant and worth promoting.
