老年慢性功能性便秘采用中医综合治疗的整体效果研究

摘要
目的研究老年慢性功能性便秘采用中医综合治疗的整体效果。方法 2017年1月至2018年6月开展本研究,并纳入此期间我院收治的老年慢性功能性便秘患者160例为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组每天口服多潘立酮片和酚酞片。治疗组采用中医综合治疗。结果观察组治疗后排便困难、排便时间、粪便性状、腹胀、排便次数评分及SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,总有效率和总满意率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论老年慢性功能性便秘采用中医综合治疗的整体效果明确,能改善临床症状,消除患者抑郁和焦虑的情绪,提高患者对治疗的满意度。
Objective To study the overall effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment for chronic functional constipation in the elderly. Methods The study was conducted from January 2017 to June 2018, and 160 patients with chronic functional constipation admitted to our hospital during this period were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received oral domperidone tablets and phenolphthalein tablets daily. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results In the observation group, the difficulty of defecation, defecation time, fecal traits, bloating, defecation times and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate and total satisfaction rate were higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The overall effect of TCM comprehensive treatment for chronic functional constipation in the elderly is clear, which can improve clinical symptoms, eliminate depression and anxiety, and improve patient satisfaction with treatment.
