军人腰肌劳损的治疗效果与体会

摘要
目的探讨军人腰肌劳损的治疗效果与体会。方法选择200例腰肌劳损,分为观察组与对照组,观察组予以中医针刀疗法,对照组给予醋酸氢化可的松(局部注射)治疗方式,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者综合有效率显著高于对照组,运动治疗效果评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对军人腰肌劳损症状,给予针刀疗法与醋酸氢化可的松治疗方式均有一定疗效,相较之下针刀疗法更加显著,可有效提升疗后恢复效果,避免不良反应风险,值得推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and experience of military lumbar muscle strain. Methods Two hundred cases of lumbar muscle strain were selected and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine needle-knife therapy, and the control group was treated with hydrocortisone acetate(local injection). The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results The comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the exercise treatment scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the symptoms of lumbar muscle strain in military personnel, the treatment of needle-knife therapy and hydrocortisone acetate has certain curative effect. Compared with needle-knife therapy, it is more effective, which can effectively improve the recovery effect after treatment and avoid the risk of adverse reactions. Promotion.
