摘要
目的:评价以问题为基础的教学方法 (problem-based learning,PBL)在老年病学教学中的应用效果。方法:以沈阳医学院临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,教改组(n=96)采用PBL教学法,对照组(n=96)采用传统教学方法。使用考试成绩和问卷调查相结合的方式进行教学效果的评价。结果:与对照组比较,教改组考试成绩和技能操作成绩均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生查找资料能力、分析能力、团队协作能力、表达能力、自信心、对老年病学的学习兴趣和知识扩展度均有明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法可以提高老年病学教学质量,其效果优于传统授课教学法,值得进一步的研究和推广。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of geriatrics.Methods:The college students in Shenyang Medical College were divided into two groups. The experimental group(n=96)adopted the PBL teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The teaching quality was evaluated by examination,operation skill and questionnaire. Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of theoretical examination and operation skills test in the experimental group were significantly higher(P<0.05). Students' finding data ability,analytical ability,teamwork ability,expression ability,self-confidence,and learning interest and knowledge expansion of geriatrics were also significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion:The PBL teaching method can improve the quality of geriatrics teaching and its effect is better than the traditional teaching method,which is worth further research and promotion.
