基于Orem自护理论的护理模式在老年精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于Orem自护理论的护理模式对老年精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:选取老年精神分裂症患者40例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于Orem自护理论的护理模式。比较两组患者跌倒、噎食发生率、NOISE评分及日常生活能力水平。结果:观察组跌倒发生率为5.00%,噎食发生率为0,对照组跌倒发生率为35.00%,噎食发生率为30.00%,观察组跌倒、噎食发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后NOISE量表各维度评分及ADL评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于Orem自护理论的护理模式有助于减少老年精神分裂症患者跌倒、噎食发生率,改善患者精神症状,提高患者的日常生活能力。
Objective: To explore effects of the nursing model based on Orem self-care theory in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods: A total of 40 elderly patients with schizophrenia were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according tothe random number table method with 20 patients in each group. The control group was implemented with the routine nursing, while the observationgroup was given the nursing mode of Orem self-care theory based on that of the control group. The incidence of falls and choking, the level of NOISEscores and the level of daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence rates of falls and choking in the observationgroup(5.00% and 0.00%, respectively) were lower than those of the control group(35.00% and 30.00%, respectively), and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of the NOISE scale and ADL scores of the observation group after the nursing were significantly betterthan those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The nursing model based on Orem self-caretheory can reduce the incidence of falls and choking in the elderly patients with schizophrenia, improve their mental symptoms and improve theirdaily living ability.
