肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者围手术期下肢静脉血栓预防的护理方法及效果

摘要
目的观察肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者围手术期下肢静脉血栓预防的护理方法和效果。方法选取本院2015年1月~2016年7月住院部收治的60例肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者,均接受手术治疗。随机分为两组,各30例;其中观察组患者给予预防性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察并比较2组患者给予不同护理后的下肢静脉血栓发生率、护理工作满意度、生活质量满意度。结果观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率3.33%、护理工作满意度(95.22±3.11)分、生活质量满意度(96.11±3.22)分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者围手术期中应用预防性护理干预可以减少下肢静脉血栓发生率,提高生活质量、护理工作满意度,临床上值得推广。
Objective To observe the nursing method and effect of perioperative prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis for patients with liver cancer and pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic malignant tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 30 cases. Patients in observation group were given preventive nursing intervention, while patients in control group were given routine nursing care. The lower limb venous thrombosis incidence rate, nursing job satisfaction, quality of life satisfaction of patients in the two groups when the patients were given different nursing care were observed and compared. Results The incidence of venous thrombosis of lower limbs in the observation group was 3.33%, the satisfaction degree of nursing work was(95.22±3.11) score and the satisfaction of quality of life was(96.11 ±3.22) score, which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis, improve the quality of life and satisfaction degree of nursing in patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumor.
