手术室无瘤技术对老年肿瘤手术患者的影响
摘要
目的:观察并探讨手术室无瘤技术对老年肿瘤手术患者的影响。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年6月于我院进行老年肿瘤手术的200例患者为研究对象,将其根据分为A组(2014年7月~2015年6月组)88例和B组(2015年7月~2016年6月组)112例,后将两组患者的复发率、并发症发生率、生存率进行统计及分析。结果:经研究比较发现,B组的复发率和并发症发生率均低于A组,生存率明显高于A组(P均<0.05)。结论:在行老年肿瘤手术中,手术人员应高度重视无瘤操作技术,从而有效地改善患者的预后,提高根治术后的5年生存率,改善其生存质量。
