切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床观察

摘要
目的观察切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取本院于2016年5月至2017年5月收治的80例高位复杂性肛瘘患者,随机分为两组,对照组40例采用传统切开挂线法治疗,观察组40例采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗疗效、并发症情况以及治疗后的疼痛程度、生活质量以及排便功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率95.0%、并发症发生率7.5%,对照组的治疗总有效率70.0%、并发症发生率32.5%,对比差异均具备统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者各项观察指标对比差异不具备统计学意义,治疗后,观察组的疼痛程度、生活质量以及排便功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高位复杂性肛瘘患者通过切开挂线对口引流术治疗后,可减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量,改善排便功能,降低并发症发生率,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of incision and hanging line on the treatment of high complexity anal fistula.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 80 cases of patients with high complexity anal fistula, randomly divided into two groups, in our hospital.Control group 40 cases with traditional incision hangs line method of treatment, observation group of 40 patients with incision hangs line counterpart drainage treatment. Compared two groups of patients after the treatment efficacy, complications, and treatment level of pain, quality of life and defecation function. Results The complication rate of treatment group total effectiveness was 95.0%, Incidence of complications was 7.5%, and the control group total effective rate of 70.0%, incidence of complications was 32.5%, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05), the observation indexes compared two groups of patients before treatment does not have statistical significance, after treatment, the observation group level of pain,quality of life and defecation function were superior to control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with high complexity anal fistula by incision hangs line counterpart drainage treatment, can alleviate pain, improve the quality of life, improve bowel function, reduce the incidence of complications, clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
