疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用

摘要
目的探究疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科病房中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2018年4—9月我院创伤骨科病房收治的103例患者作为研究对象。根据不同的护理干预方法,将其分为常规护理干预组(n=51)和疼痛护理管理组(n=52)。对两组患者护理后问题的改善情况进行比较。结果疼痛护理管理组经过护理后对护理人员的满意度为96.15%,高于常规护理干预组经过护理后对护理人员的满意度80.39%,并且疼痛护理管理组经过护理后疼痛问题的改善优于常规护理干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将疼痛护理管理模式运用到创伤骨科病房患者的护理工作之中,不仅有利于帮助患者缓解自身的疼痛,同时对于患者身体健康问题的改善也有着极大的帮助,拥有着良好的护理效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing management mode in traumatic orthopedic wards. Methods 103 patients in the trauma and orthopedic ward of our hospital from April to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing intervention methods, they were divided into routine nursing intervention group(n=51) and pain nursing management group(n=52). The improvement of the two groups of patients after nursing was compared. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in pain nursing management group was 96.15%, which was higher than 80.39% in routine nursing intervention group. The pain management group was better than the routine nursing intervention group in the improvement of pain problems after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying pain nursing management model to the nursing work of patients in trauma orthopaedic ward can not only help patients alleviate their own pain, but also help patients improve their physical health problems, with good nursing effect.
