摘要
为满足小口径不锈钢等耐腐蚀金属/双金属复合管道的高质高效焊接施工需求,开发了一种由带摄像头的局部封堵装置、柔性缆杆、缆杆推送矫直机构、缆杆盘卷机构等构成的具有焊缝背部视觉检查功能的小口径管道焊接用机械化安装充气背保护系统。首先简要介绍了现有管道焊接充气背保护装置及其应用,而后较为详细地论述了机械化安装充气背保护系统的设计方案及设计内容,最后阐述了该系统的应用。实际应用表明,该系统可显著提高焊口局部封堵效率和质量以及焊缝背部保护效果、质量和检验效率,可降低保护气消耗和施工劳动强度。
        In order to meet the requirements of high quality and high efficiency in welding construction of small-diameter stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant metal/bimetallic composite pipelines, a mechanically installed pneumatic back protection system with weld back visual inspection function was developed. The system consists of a partial blocking inflatable protection device with a camera, a flexible cable pole, a cable pole pushing and straightening mechanism, and a cable pole coiling mechanism. This paper briefly introduces the existing pneumatic back protection device for pipeline welding and its application, then discusses in detail the design scheme and the detailed design contents of the mechanically installed pneumatic back protection system, and finally expounds the application of the system. The application shows that the system can remarkably improve the efficiency and quality of partial sealing of weld joint, the protection effect, quality and inspection efficiency of weld back, reduce the consumption of protective gas and the construction labor intensity.
