摘要
适量饮酒可以养生健体、延年益寿。酒可用于养生保健,在于适量的酒能够活血散气、养脾扶肝。中国传统的米酒,在养生保健方面尤其受到人们的青睐。酒还有辟恶解毒、活血化瘀和促进药物吸收的功能。无论是传统的米酒,还是现代的白酒、葡萄酒、啤酒,均可用于治疗疾病。
Moderate drinking can maintain health and longevity. The function of health maintenance lies in the fact that the wine can supplement Qi, activate blood circulation, and tonify people's spleen and liver. And the traditional Chinese rice wine is particularly popular in that respect. Wine also exorcises evil spirits, promotes blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and enhances drug absorption. Whether it is traditional rice wine or modern liquor, wine, beer, it can be used to treat diseases.
