摘要
随着全面深化医教协同政策推进,加强教师队伍建设成为临床教育教学的重要保障。现阶段,临床青年教师教学能力面临着缺乏系统化、专业化理论指导和实践经验等诸多问题。鉴于此,本文依据临床青年教师的特点,从培训人员、培训内容、培训标准、培训过程等方面入手,初步探究适应当前形势的临床青年教师教学能力的培训策略,为临床教师教学能力和教学水平的提升提供相关建议。
        With the comprehensive deepening of medical and educational policy promotion,strengthening the construction of teachers has become an important guarantee for clinical education and teaching.At present,the teaching ability of clinical young teachers is faced with many problems,such as lack of systematization,professional theoretical guidance and practical experience.In view of this,according to the characteristics of young clinical teachers,this paper starts from the aspects of training personnel,training content,training standards,training process and so on,and probes into the training strategies to adapt to the current situation of clinical young teachers' teaching ability.It provides some suggestions for the improvement of teaching ability and teaching level of clinical teachers.
