摘要
为提升铁路车站值班员培训质量、培训效率,克服既有培训方式中存在的问题,达到岗位作业标准化要求,在阐述车站值班员接发列车实训系统现状的基础上,从接发列车场景设计、兼容各种制式联锁系统和TDCS车务终端、仿真各类行车凭证及表簿等6个方面分析车站值班员实训考评系统需求,再通过实训考评系统软件结构设计和实训考评系统部署结构设计2个方面进行车站值班员实训考评系统结构设计。经过在多个铁路局集团公司试验,系统中各子系统界面和业务处理逻辑与现场基本一致,能够满足车站值班员培训需求。
        To improve the training quality and efficiency of the railway station attendants, overcome the existing problems in training methods, and meet the standardization requirements of the post operations, on the basis of explaining the current situation of train training system for station attendants receiving and dispatching, this paper analyzes the evaluation system of train attendants' training requirements from six aspects: scenario design for receiving and dispatching trains, compatible with various interlocking systems and TDCS vehicle terminal, simulation of various types of driving certificates and form. And through the design of the software structure and the deployment structure of the training evaluation system, the structure of the station attendant training evaluation system is designed. After trial verification in several railway groups, the interface of each subsystem in the system is consistent with the site, the interface and business processing logic of the subsystems in the system are basically consistent with the field, which can fully meet the training needs of station attendants.
