二维码技术在医院6S管理中的创新应用

摘要
在医院6S管理过程中,为了解决遇到的实际问题,符合医院院感检查,实现信息化管理,提高医院信息化建设水平,决定基于草料二维码管理平台,我院将6S管理中所用到的标识、标签、点检表等管理工具转换为二维码,利用移动终端设备完成扫码及读取内容。该方法解决了一些实际问题,提高了6S管理的工作效率,有利于提升医院综合管理水平。
In the process of hospital 6 S management, in order to solve the actual problems encountered, in line with hospital hospitality inspection,realize information management, improve the level of hospital information construction, and decide on the two-dimensional code management platform based on forage, which will be used in 6 S management. The management tools such as logos, labels, and checklists are converted into two-dimensional codes, and the mobile terminal device is used to complete the scanning and reading of the content. The method solves some practical problems, improves the work efficiency of 6 S management, and is conducive to improving the overall management level of the hospital.
