摘要
社会体育指导与管理专业大学生的核心竞争力主要由人格要素、能力要素、专业要素构成。河北省高校社会体育指导与管理专业在学生核心竞争力培养中存在着课程体系不完善、培养目标不明确、师资力量短缺、师资水平不高等问题。对此,各高校应采取措施,储备师资力量,发挥学生组织的育人功能,结合校企合作开展社会实践,完善课程体系,以提升专业人才培养质量。
This study analyzed the personality factors, ability factors and professional factors of the core competitiveness of college students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Hebei province. Professional status of social sports guidance and management in colleges and universities was investigated, and the shortcomings were expounded in curriculum system, training objective, and faculties. It puts forward some strategies, such as reserving teachers, giving full play to the educational function of student organizations, combining social practice with school-enterprise cooperation, defining training objectives, determining teaching models and improving the curriculum system for improving the effectiveness of cultivation.
