摘要
耐大气腐蚀钢进行了薄带连铸工业化实践。通过成分调整和工艺设计,在NBS产线上成功生产出合格的耐大气腐蚀钢产品。薄带连铸耐大气腐蚀钢工业化实践表明,产品室温组织表层为PF+P,中心为AF;经单机架在线热轧压下率达到26%后,产品带厚公差控制在±25μm以内的比例可达99.6%;产品板形凸度可以控制到︱C40︱<50μm,楔形可以控制到︱W40︱<30μm。产品力学性能优,屈服强度范围为(430±50)MPa,抗拉强度范围为(550±50)MPa,断裂延伸率范围为(27±5)%;耐腐蚀性能与目前商用耐大气腐蚀钢相当,相对腐蚀率达到43%。产品经用户使用证明,薄带连铸耐大气腐蚀钢可以满足集装箱板严格的质量和使用要求。
        BaostripTMhas chosen a steel grade—weathering steel to industrialize practice.Through designing the composition and process,the qualified weathering steel products on NBS production line were successfully produced. The industrialized practice of BaostripTMshows: The surface microstructure of weathering steel products is PF + P,and the center is AF. After a single stand on-line hot rolling of 26% lower rate,the ratio of thickness tolerance controlled within ± 25μm is up to 99. 6%. The flatness convexity can be controlled to︱C40︱ < 50 μm,and the wedge can be controlled to︱W40︱ < 30 μm. The mechanical properties of the strip is superior. The yield strength range is 430 ± 50 MPa,the tensile strength range is 550 ± 50 MPa,and the elongation range is( 27 ± 5) %. The corrosion resistance is equivalent to the current commercial atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel,and the relative corrosion rate is 43%. After the product is used by users,the weathering steel produced by strip casting process can meet the strict quality and usage requirements of the container steel sheet.
