摘要
针对单齿辊使用工况的耐磨性需求,通过实验,对比分析了D667焊条、高铬铸铁焊棒、ZD901-O焊丝、MD621-O焊丝4种材料堆焊试样的成份、金相组织、不同温度下回火的硬度及耐磨性能。并经实际上机检验,采用MD621-O药芯焊丝进行单齿辊表面耐磨层堆焊取得了良好的效果。
According to the wear resistance requirement of single-tooth roller,the research experiments on four kinds of materials,such us D667 welding rod,high chromium iron welding rod,welding wire ZD 901-O and MD621-O.Then,the paper tries to analyze their composition of the surfacing specimen,metallographic structure,the hardness and wear resistance of tempering at different temperatures through experiments.Finally,through the actual machine test,it is clear that using MD621-O core welding wire for single-tooth roller surface wear-resistant layer surfacing welding has achieves good results.
