摘要
为解决远红外功能纤维染色不匀的问题,采用涂料浸染方法对阳离子改性远红外功能纤维进行染色,通过改变涂料色浆的浓度、黏合剂的种类与用量,优化染色工艺,测试染色纤维的K/S值和ΔE及染色牢度,并表征纤维远红功能性。结果表明,当色浆用量为10%、选用10%黏合剂PU219时,远红外功能纤维具有较好的K/S值、且染色均匀性较好;同一染色条件下,改性纤维染色深度和匀染性优于未改性纤维;改性纤维染色后耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦牢度为4.0级,具有很好的匀染性和色牢度;红色涂料对远红外释放功能具有抑制作用,蓝色涂料对远红外释放功能具有促进作用。
In order to solve the problem of uneven dyeing of far-infrared functional fibers, in this paper,the cation modified far-infrared functional fiber was dyed by the pigment dip dyeing method. By changing the concentration of the pigment paste, the type and amount of the binder, it optimized the dyeing process, tested the K/S value and ΔE and dyeing fastness of the dyed fiber, and characterized the fiber far-infrared emission function. The results show that the far-infrared functional fiber has better K/S value and better dyeing uniformity when the amount of color paste is 10%, and the dosage of binder PU219 is 10%. Under the same dyeing conditions, the dyeing depth and leveling property of the modified fiber is better than that of the unmodified fiber. The color fastness and rubbing fastness of the modified fiber after dyeing are both grade 4.0 with good levelness and fastness, and the red paint has an inhibitory effect on the far-infrared release function, and the blue paint promotes the far-infrared release function.
