乌灵胶囊对帕金森病伴抑郁状态的临床疗效探析

摘要
目的研究乌灵胶囊对帕金森病伴抑郁障碍患者的临床治疗效果。方法收集我院2017.1-2018.6月住院的帕金森病合并抑郁状态患者共70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组采用(多巴丝肼片+乌灵胶囊)治疗,周期3个月。采用帕金森病综合评分量表第三部分(UPDRSⅢ)评价帕金森病运动症状改善情况,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项评价抑郁状态改善情况,比较两组的有效率。结果治疗3月后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后UPDRSⅢ评分显著低于治疗前、对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后HAMD评分显著低于治疗前、对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊可有效改善帕金森病合并抑郁状态,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Wuling capsule on Parkinson's disease patients with depression.Methods A total of 70 patients with Parkinson's disease and depression were collected from 2017.1 to 2018.6. The patients were randomLy divided into observation group(n=35) and control group(n=35). The patients in the control group were treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets and the patients in the observation group were treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets and Wuling capsules for 3 months. We use the third part of Parkinson's disease comprehensive score scale(UPDRSⅠ) to evaluate the improvement of motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and the 17 items of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD)to evaluate the improvement of depression state. After 3 months of treatment, we compare the improvement rates between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the UPDRS Ⅰ score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and that of the control group(P<0.05). The HAMD score of the patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reaction rate(P>0.05). Conclusion Wuling capsule can effectively improve the depressive state of Parkinson's disease without increasing the adverse reactions.
