摘要

机床润滑和液压系统的清洁是机床保养中最基本也是最重要的工作内容,直接影响到机床性能发挥。通过案例对比,充分提高机床润滑、清洁的重要性认识,有助于减少机床故障发生,更好地发挥机床整体性能、延长设备寿命。
        Machine lubrication and cleaning of hydraulic system are the most basic and important work contents in machine maintenance,which directly affect the performance of machine tools.Through case comparison,the importance of lubrication and cleanliness of machine tools is fully improved,which helps to reduce the occurrence of machine tool failures,better play to the overall performance of machine tools and prolong the life of equipment.
