摘要
排气歧管作为汽车发动机的重要部件,在节能减排的大趋势下,面临新的挑战。综述了国内外排气歧管的材料应用、制备成形现状及最新发展。排气歧管的发展方向为,排气管材料需要有更高的耐高温综合力学性能,硅钼球铁/蠕铁、高镍奥氏体球铁和耐高温不锈钢会得到更多应用;开发新型高性能、低成本耐高温材料;产品减重设计、薄壁化;排气管跟涡壳或发动机缸盖的整合;对制造工艺性和制造精度提出更高要求。
        As the important automotive part, exhaust manifold met new challenges with the trends of energy-saving and emission-reduction. The situation was summarized of manifold materials, its forming and the latest development in the word. The development directions point out, materials trends higher high-temperature comprehensive performance, and more application of Si Mo ductile iron/CGI, Ni-resistance ductile iron and stainless steels; developing new high performance materials with lower materials cost for the higher temperature work conditions; weight reduction, thin-wall design, and the integration of manifold with turbo-housing or manifold with cylinder head; higher requirement of manufacturing process ability and manufacturing precision.
