摘要
针对车身腐蚀防护的问题,从车身防腐区域等级划分、内腔电泳膜厚标准要求以及车身内腔电泳孔开孔设计要求等方面进行了分析,阐述了车身内腔电泳防腐设计可以在车型设计之初有效地保证车身整体防腐性能,提高产品质量,并且降低后期模具设变成本,减少问题改善周期,节约工艺验证费用。
Aiming at the problem of corrosion protection of automobile body,the anti-corrosion design of automobile body inner chamber electrophoresis are elaborated from the aspects of classification of anticorrosion area, standard requirement of inner chamber electrophoresis film thickness and design requirement of inner chamber electrophoresis hole opening.It can effectively guarantee the overall anti-corrosion performance of the car body at the beginning of the model design,improve product quality,reduce the cost of later die design,reduce the problem improvement cycle,and save the cost of process verification.
