摘要
针对大型耙吸挖泥船在挖掘硬质黏土时,遇到耙齿难以入土、堵耙和闷耙等问题,通过对大型耙吸挖泥船的原始耙头模型进行研究,采用为耙头配置特殊高压(最大压力为38 MPa)冲水系统的方法,增加了三道高压冲水辅助装置及设计合适喷嘴,成功开发了高效黏土型耙头,有效解决了耙头堵耙、闷耙等问题,提高了船舶施工效率,为类似问题提供参考。
In view of the problems such as drag teeth is hard into the soil,drag head is blockage and shutdown when the large trailing suction excavate stiff clay, we adopt special high-pressure flushing system( maximum pressure 38 MPa),add three high-pressure flushing auxiliary device,and design the suitable injectors in the drag head based on the original drag head model of the large trailing suction hopper dredger. The drag head for high efficiency excavating clay has been successfully developed,which effectively solves the problem of drag head blockage and shutdown, and raises the efficiency of trailing suction hopper dredger construction. It can provide the reference for similar problems.
