摘要
粉土具有密实性好、板结程度高、单颗粒比重较轻的特点,而以舱容4 500 m3为代表的中小型耙吸挖泥船因结构设计和装备配备等因素,针对粉土的疏浚施工,经常导致耙头入土深度不足,吸入浓度低,及在泥舱中沉降速度慢,装舱效率低等问题。通过研究耙头、耙齿、高压冲水、泥泵等关键疏浚挖掘机具,提高粉土进舱浓度,同时,优化装舱时间,提高粉土装舱效果,从而实现了提高中小型耙吸船疏浚粉土施工效率的目的。
        Silt with the characteristics of high compactness and compaction,light weight of single particles is difficult to be dredged for medium and small trailing suction hopper dredger represented by the cabin of 4 500 m3. Due to factors such as structural design and assembly equipment, construction of dredging silt often leads to insufficient depth of soil, low inhalation concentration, slow settling velocity in spoil hopper, and low efficiency of loading. Through researching key dredging excavators such as draghead, draghead teeth, high-pressure jet, mud pump and so on, the inhalation concentration of silt is improved. At the same time, the effect of silt loading is improved through optimizing the loading time. Thereby, the purpose of improving the efficiency of dredging silt construction for medium and small trailing suction hopper dredger is achieved.
