摘要
分别依据标准IEC 60216-7-1∶2015和标准JB/T 1544—2015,介绍了通过TGA法分析绝缘树脂的活化能,然后结合GB/T 11026.1—2016(IEC 60216-1:2013)标准中的单点(高温点)热老化试验,研究了绝缘材料热寿命评定原理。依据两种绝缘材料单点评定方法,分别对绝缘树脂进行温度指数的评定。评定结果表明:依据标准IEC 60216-7-1:2015评定绝缘树脂的温度指数为152,依据标准JB/T 1544—2015评定绝缘树脂的温度指数为133,两种评定方法评定的绝缘树脂温度指数相差19 K。
This paper made a brief introduction about the principle of derivation and calculation of activation energy by the TGA method according to IEC 60216-7-1 and JB/T 1544-2015,respectively.Then it introduced the principle of thermal life assessment using activation energy and thermal aging test results of a single point(highest temperature) of insulation materials according to GB/T 11026.1-2016(IEC 6021601:2013).In addition,the temperature index of the insulating resin was evaluated according to the two evaluation methods of insulating materials.The evaluation results show that the temperature index of the insulating resin is 152,evaluated according to the standard IEC 60216-7-1,and the temperature index of the insulating resin is 133,evaluated by the standard JB/T 1544-2015.
