316L/2205与1Cr17Ni2/2205不锈钢电偶对在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀

摘要
目前,对异种不锈钢电偶对的腐蚀鲜有报道。通过比较电偶对材料的动电位极化曲线和不同阳阴极面积比下的耦合电极电位、耦合电流密度,研究了316L/2205和1Cr17Ni2/2205不锈钢电偶对在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的电偶腐蚀特性。结果表明:电偶对1Cr17Ni2/2205的腐蚀电位差大于316L/2205的,耦合电位低于316L/2205的,电流密度高于316L/2205的,更易发生电偶腐蚀;随着阳阴极面积比减小,2种耦合电极电位降低、电流密度增大;2组电偶对电偶腐蚀48 h后,1Cr17Ni2表面有明显腐蚀产物沉积,但2205和316L表面没有明显的腐蚀产物。
        The galvanic corrosion behavior of 316L/2205 and 1Cr17Ni2/2205 heterogeneous stainless steel galvanic couples in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied,and their potentiodynamic polarization curves as well as coupling potential and coupling current density at different ratios of calhodic area to anodic area were compared.Results showed that,as compared with316L/2205 galvanic couple,the 1Cr17Ni2/2205 galvanic couple exhibited a larger corrosion potential difference,a smaller coupling potential,and a higher coupling current density,which meant that the latter was more liable to galvanic corrosion than the former.Besides,with the increase of the ratio of cathodic area to anodic area,the coupling potential decreased and the coupling current density increased.After the two groups of galvanic couples underwent 48 h of galvanic corrosion tests under the same conditions,noticeable corrosion products were deposited on the surface of 1Cr17Ni2.but no obvious corrosion products were observed on the surfaces of 2205 and 316 L stainless steels.
