摘要
饮酒是摄入氨基甲酸乙酯的主要方式,通过实验比较液液萃取法和固相萃取法,确定更加高效的浓香型白酒氨基甲酸乙酯检测预处理方法。
        Drinking is the main way of ethyl carbamate(EC) intake, we compae liquid-liquid extraction method(LLE) and solid phase extraction method(SPE) by experiment to determine the best efficient pretreatment method of the EC detection for the Luzhou-flavor liquor.
