延安市居民收入分配差距的现状研究

摘要
居民收入分配差距问题一直是理论界研究的热点问题。延安市居民收入分配差距日渐显著并已高于全国的平均水平,且有继续扩大。这既受延安固有的自然条件、特殊的历史背景影响,还与人为的制度、机制和经济政策有关,也与居民自身的综合素质密切相关。缩小延安市居民收入分配差距,必须要充分利用各种资源发展经济,同时要发挥政府调控收入差距的主体和核心作用以及市场的调节作用,还要着力提高居民综合素质,以促进居民收入分配的均衡协调发展。
The gap between the income distribution of residents has been a hot issue in the theoretical circle. Yan'an city residents income distribution gap is more and more obvious and has been higher than the national average level,and might expand continuously. The reasons not only include the natural conditions of Yan'an,the special historical background,but also include the system,mechanism,economic policy by human,in addition,it is related to the residents' overall quality closely. In order to narrow the income distribution gap of the residents in Yan' an,we must make full use of various resources to develop Yan'an economy,at the same time,the government should play a main and core role in regulation of income gap and the market regulation,and finally strive to improve the overall quality of the residents,so as to promote the balanced and coordinated development of the residents' income distribution.
