摘要
随着服务行业对国民经济的贡献日益突出,如何提升服务行业员工的创造力成为研究的热点。基于工作价值观的视角,探讨服务行业员工服务创造力的产生机制。采用问卷调查法,对477组上下级匹配的样本进行数据分析,实证结果表明:能力与成长型工作价值观对员工服务创造力具有正向影响;自我学习部分中介能力与成长型工作价值观与员工服务创造力之间的关系;创新氛围调节自我学习与员工服务创造力之间的关系。本研究能在一定程度上丰富服务行业员工工作价值观和员工创造力关系的研究成果。
        With the service industry’s increasingly prominent contribution to the national economy,the way of enhancing the creativity of service industry employees has become a research hotspot.This paper explores the causing mechanism of employee service creativity in the service industries from the perspective of work values.Based on questionnaire survey,it collects and analyzes the data from 477 supervisor-subordinate dyads.The results include show:competence and growth work value has positive impact on employee service creativity;Personnel study partly mediates the relationship between competence and growth work value and employee service creativity;Innovation climate moderates the relationship between personnel study and employee service creativity.The study enriches the research on the relationship between work values and employees’creativity in the service industries and presents some practical results and enlightenment for organizations.
