休闲农业园区中农产品产业提升路径研究——以荻港渔庄为例

我国休闲农业发展迅速,依托休闲园区进行农产品销售也日益普遍,但由于产品同质化严重、产品季节性较强等因素,导致园区农产品销售创造的收益极为有限。该研究调研了湖州南浔区荻港渔庄农产品情况,总结了休闲园区中农产品产业提升的路径。认为应当依托园区特色,开发差异性产品,通过不断调整产品体系和融入园区场景,逐步通过产业化走向市场。
With the rapid development of leisure agriculture in China, it is increasingly common to rely on leisure parks to sell agricultural products. However, due to the serious homogeneity of products and the strong seasonality of products, the profits generated by agricultural products sales in the parks are extremely limited. This study investigates the agricultural products of Digang Fishing Village in Nanxun District of Huzhou, and summarizes the ways to upgrade the agricultural products industry in leisure park. The research suggests that we should rely on the characteristics of the park, develop differentiated products and gradually enter the market through industrialization by constantly adjusting the product system and integrating into the park scene.
