活性炭吸附磷矿浮选废水中十二胺的研究

摘要
采用总有机碳分析法,测定活性炭对磷矿浮选药剂十二胺的吸附量,进行单因素和正交实验,探索优化吸附条件及交互作用,并通过扫描电镜和红外光谱仪分析吸附作用前后活性炭形态和官能团。结果表明,单因素实验中吸附率和吸附量受活性炭用量、十二胺含量及pH影响;正交实验采用Design Expert中的Box-Behnken模块,进行响应面优化设计分析,在活性炭用量1.5 g/L、十二胺的质量浓度60 mg/L、pH 7.0时,得到最大吸附率58.90%,活性炭用量和十二胺含量交互作用显著。吸附后活性炭表面被覆盖变得平整;活性炭吸附后表面存在十二胺的官能团,说明活性炭对浮选药剂十二胺具有较好的吸附效果,可以用于活性炭处理磷矿选矿废水。
        Total organic carbon analysis method was used to determine the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for dodecylamine from phosphorite flotation agent. Single-factor tests and orthogonal tests were carried out, the optimal adsorption conditions and interactions were explored. The form and functional group of activated carbon before and after adsorption were analyzed through scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer. The results showed that, In the single factor test, the adsorption rate and the adsorption capacity were affected by activated carbon dosage, dodecylamine content and pH. The orthogonal test was conducted using the Box-Behnken module of Design Expert, performing response surface optimization design analysis, when activated carbon dosage was 1.5 g/L, the mass concentration of dodecylamine was 60 mg/L and pH was 7.0, the adsorption rate was maximum of 58.90% and the interaction effect between activated carbon dosage and dodecylamine content was significant. The surface of activated carbon was covered to smooth after adsorption, and dodecylamine functional group existed on the surface of activated carbon which indicated that, activated carbon have good adsorption effect for dodecylamine from flotation agent, and it could be used for phosphorite flotation wastewater treatment.
