摘要
通过不锈钢管A-TIG与TIG焊接头性能对比试验,分析了活性剂导致的接头成分变化对其性能的影响,结果表明:相比于TIG焊,A-TIG焊电弧收缩,集中的热源使得热输入降低,奥氏体组织细小;活性剂的加入,使得接头C、P和S含量增加,造成接头脆硬增大,抗拉强度提高10.3%,冲击韧性损失30.5%;电弧不稳定导致表面成形较差,配合耐腐蚀Cr、Mo元素的烧损,使得接头耐腐蚀性降低。
        Through the performance comparison test of stainless steel tube A-TIG and TIG welding head, the influence of the change of joint composition caused by active agent on its performance was analyzed. The results show that compared with TIG welding, A-TIG welding arc shrinks and concentrated heat source makes heat The input is reduced and the austenite structure is fine; the addition of the active agent increases the content of joints C, P and S, resulting in an increase in joint brittleness, a tensile strength increase of 10.3%, and an impact toughness loss of30.5%; arc instability leads to surface formation. Poor, combined with the corrosion resistance of corrosion-resistant Cr and Mo elements, the joint corrosion resistance is reduced.
