玻璃体液化与玻璃体超微空间结构改变的研究进展

摘要
<正>玻璃体是一种少细胞而富含水分的细胞外基质(含水为98%)[1],呈透明的凝胶状态,主要由纤细的胶原结构和亲水的透明质酸和很少的玻璃体细胞组成玻璃体凝胶。除了在眼球发育中发挥重要的作用外,还能对视网膜和晶状体起到减震、支持作用,并能阻止大分子物质和细胞进入玻璃体,而维持其透明。玻璃体有其特殊的超微结构,该超微结构变化与年龄的增长明显相关,最终导致玻璃体液化[2]。本文就玻璃体液化与玻璃体超微空间结构改变的研究进展作一综述。
