摘要
深点食螨瓢虫Stethorus punctillum Weise是叶螨的捕食性天敌。本研究以二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch为饵料,采用空间为60 m L、250 m L、500 m L、700 m L、1000 m L和1400 m L的饲养容器,设置5个饲养密度(2对/瓶、6对/瓶、10对/瓶、14对/瓶、18对/瓶),研究饲养空间及密度对深点食螨瓢虫的产卵前期、产卵期和产卵量的影响。结果表明:饲养空间和饲养密度对深点食螨瓢虫的繁殖均存在显著影响。在60 m L、250 m L、500 m L、700m L的饲养空间下,深点食螨瓢虫的产卵期随着饲养密度的增大而缩短,在1000 m L和1400 m L饲养空间下,深点食螨瓢虫各饲养密度下的产卵期差异不显著。深点食螨瓢虫饲养容器的最佳空间为700 m L、1000 m L和1400 m L,最佳饲养密度为2对/瓶和6对/瓶,综合分析得出:深点食螨瓢虫最适繁育的空间-密度组合是:在700 m L饲养空间下繁育6对。
        Stethorus punctillum Weise is the predatory natural enemy of spider mites. In this study, Tetranychus urticae Koch was used as bait, with 6 feeding space( 60 m L, 250 m L, 500 m L, 700 m L, 1000 m L and 1400 m L), 5 feeding density( 2 pairs per bottle, 6 pairs per bottle, 10 pairs per bottle, 14 pairs per bottle, 18 pairs per bottle), a study was made on the effects of feeding space and density on the pre-oviposition period, oviposition period and oviposition quantity of S. punctillum. The results showed the breeding space and the feeding density had significant influence on the reproduction of S. punctillum.Under the feeding space of 60 m L, 250 m L, 500 m L and 700 m L, the oviposition period of S. punctillum was shortened with the increase of feeding density. Under 1000 m L and 1400 m L feeding space, there was no significant difference in the oviposition period of S. punctillum. The best breeding space of S. punctillum were 700 m L, 1000 ml and 1400 m L, the best feeding density of S. punctillum were 2 or 6 pairs per bottle, comprehensive analysis showed the optimum spatial density combination of S. punctillum breeding was 6 pairs in 700 m L feeding space.
