基于信息技术的高职学生职业意识培养策略

摘要
信息技术对于职业意识的培养有着与众不同的优势,其有助于驱动职业意识培养方式的变革、拓展职业意识培养路径、丰富职业意识培养的课程与教学资源。基于这些优势,建议高职院校做好三方面工作:开展基于信息技术的课堂教学,培育高职学生积极的职业认知;建构网络互动服务平台,引导学生在理论学习和实践反思中增强职业认同感;建设校企行业三方联动的智能化实训基地,促使高职学生在职业体验中明晰就业取向。
        Information technology has its distinctive advantages in the cultivation of the vocational consciousness. The first is conducive to drive the reform of cultivation way for vocational consciousness, the second is conducive to expand the way for development of vocational awareness, and the third is conducive to enrich curriculum and teaching resources for cultivation of vocational consciousness. Based on the advantages, higher vocational colleges should carry out classroom teaching based on information technology to cultivate positive vocational cognition of higher vocational college students, construct the interactive network service platform to guide students to enhance vocational identity in theoretical learning and practical reflection, and build an intelligent practical training base which is connected by the three parties of the university, the enterprise and the industry, so as to promote higher vocational college students to clarify the employment orientation in their vocational experience.
