我国工程职业发展的问题与建制——基于“工程师认知调查”的数据分析

摘要
工程职业的形成是近代以来的事情,工程职业化发展也成为工程技术创新重要的职业制度基础和保障。本论文通过对我国工程师进行问卷调查等实证研究方式,指出工程师对相关工程职业制度、技术标准和伦理规范认识不清,自我认同度不高和职业归属感不强等问题,提出推进工程教育认证国际化,促进工程职业协会自治,加强工程伦理教育,制定并完善工程伦理规范等对策建议,以加强我国工程职业化发展,推动工程技术创新。
Engineering profession has been formed since modern times,and engineering professionalism has become the important professional system foundation and protection of engineering technology innovations.Through carrying out the questionnaires and other empirical studies on Chinese engineers,the paper indicates several problems such as:engineers have unclear understanding of the related engineering professional systems,technical norms,and ethical norms;they have low level of self-identification,and weak sense of professional belongingness.In order to strengthen China's engineering professionalism and promote engineering technological innovations,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as:promoting the internationalism of engineering education and the autonomy of engineering professional association,strengthening engineering ethics education,setting and improving engineering ethical norms.
