大学生创新创业训练计划项目“智慧管理”机制建设探究——以河海大学为例

摘要
大学生创新创业训练计划项目是"十二五"期间,国家高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要组成部分。河海大学为培养适应创新型国家发展需要的高水平人才,在实践中不断完善自身的管理模式,通过组织开展相关活动、制定师生激励措施、建立系统等一系列"智慧管理"机制解决实施过程中存在的问题,以此构建了有效的管理体系。通过建设"智能管理"机制,形成了颇具特色的管理方法,有效推动大学生创新创业训练计划持续发展。
The innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is an important part of undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project in national colleges and universities during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period.In order to train high-level talents to meet the needs of the innovative national development,Hohai University has constantly improved its own management model in practice,and solved the problems in the implementation process by organizing and carrying out relevant activities,formulating incentives for teachers and students,and establishing a system of"wisdom management"mechanisms.This development builds an effective management system.Through the construction of the"wisdom management"mechanism,a characteristic management method has been formed,which effectively promotes the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students.
