摘要
1988年Hambrick和D’Aveni(以下简称"作者")在《管理科学季刊》(Administrative Science Quarterly)发表论文《大型企业螺旋式下降失败》(Large Corporate Failures as Downward Spirals)(以下简称《螺旋式下降失败》)。该文描述了大型企业螺旋式恶化失败过程,阐述了大型企业失败机理,提出的大型企业失败有关观点被其它文献大量引用(Donald和Richard,1992;Crutzen和Caillie,2008;Laitinen和Lukason,2014)。本文对论文《大型企业螺旋式下降失败》进行介绍和评析。
