联合国教科文组织参与全球高等教育治理的历程、途径与影响

摘要
全球化进程中,联合国教科文组织作为参与全球高等教育治理的重要主体,在高等教育领域中的重要性日益凸显,各国借助联合国教科文组织共同应对全球高等教育所面临的机遇与挑战。联合国教科文组织在不同历史阶段通过倡导高等教育理念、发布高等教育纲领等具体途径参与全球高等教育治理,并在理论与实践层面产生了重要影响。尽管还存在一定不足之处,但联合国教科文组织参与全球高等教育治理对推动全球高等教育的发展仍有至关重要的作用。
In the process of globalization,UNESCO,as an important part of the global higher education governance,becomes increasingly important in the field of higher education.With the help of UNESCO,countries across the world jointly deal with the opportunities and challenges facing higher education.UNESCO has participated in global higher education governance in different historical stages by advocating the ideas of higher education and issuing higher education programs,and has had an important impact on both theoretical and practical levels.Although there are certain limitations,UNESCO's participation in global higher education governance is still crucial to the development of global higher education.
