摘要

通过对石灰回转窑窑尾布袋除尘器、窑体、预热器等漏风点的梳理、检查,有针对性的制定堵漏、防漏措施,减少了除尘器、窑体等的系统漏风,降低了窑尾废气中的含氧量,烟气污染物排放指标达到了环保要求。
        Through combing and checking the air leakage points of bag filter, kiln body and preheater in the tail of lime rotary kiln, the measures of plugging and leak prevention are formulated pertinently, which can reduce the air leakage of dust collector and kiln body, reduce the oxygen content in the tail gas of kiln, and meet the requirements of environmental protection.
