摘要
采用流延成膜的方法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚丙二醇(PPG)共混薄膜,当PPG摩尔分数小于6%时,可以得到均一连续的共混膜。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、表面接触角及吸水率等手段对PVA/PPG共混膜的表面性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,PPG可以与PVA形成分子间氢键,破坏了PVA分子内及分子间氢键,进而改变了PVA膜的表面性能。
A series of poly(vinyl glycol)(PVA)/polypropylene glycol(PPG)blend films were prepared by casting films from the polymer blend solutions.When PPG mole content is lower 6%,the blend films are uniform and continuous.The surface properties of the polymer blend films were studied by atomic force microscopy(AFM),surface contact angle tests and water-absorption ratio tests.The results showed that PPG segments and PVA chains could form intermolecular hydrogen bonds,which damaged the intermolecular or intramolecular hydrogen bonds of PVA molecules and changed the surface properties of PVA films.
