摘要
运用Aspen Plus/Aspen Polymers Plus软件,建立了天津石化6×104t/a聚丙烯装置聚合与分离部分稳态流程模拟模型,利用严格的机理模型,更好地理解工艺过程,以及装置操作条件与产率和产品质量的关系,进而优化装置操作条件,提高加工负荷,降低装置能耗。本次建模对T30S和EPS30R两个牌号聚丙烯稳态过程进行了定量分析与讨论,结果表明,模型各活性中心数据和解析数据拟合得比较准确,能够准确反映装置的实际生产情况。天津石化聚丙烯装置通过流程模拟模型的指导,对于优化操作参数、提高聚丙烯产品产量和质量、减少牌号切换摸索时间具有较大指导作用,提高了聚丙烯装置的运行水平。优化调整后,每小时提高聚丙烯产量约30kg,按年生产时间8000h、聚丙烯价格14500元/t、原料及能耗物耗成本12500元/t计算,每年产生经济效益达48万元。
Using Aspen Plus/Aspen Polymers Plus software,a steady state process simulation model was established for the polymerization and separation sections of the 60 kt/a polypropylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company.Rigorous mechanism model was used to better understand the process and the relationships between operating conditions and product yield and quality,thereby optimizing the operating conditions,increasing the processing load and reducing the energy consumption of the plant.This modeling quantitatively analyzed and discussed the steady state process of polypropylene T30S and EPS30 R.The results showed that this model can accurately reflect the actual production of the plant due to the accurate fitting of active center data and analytical data.Guided by this process simulation model,SINOPEC Tianjin Company optimized the operating parameters of polypropylene plant,improved the output and quality of polypropylene product and minimized the time of grade transition,thus improving the operation level of the polypropylene plant.After the optimization,the output of polypropylene is increased by about 30 kg per hour.Calculated at an annual production time of 8000 h,a polypropylene price of 14500 yuan/t and a raw material,energy and material consumption cost of 12500 yuan/t,an economic benefit of 480000 yuan can be obtained annually.
