滤芯材质升级在聚丙烯装置上的应用

摘要
通过对比几种不同材质和结构的过滤元件,对聚丙烯装置的部分设备滤芯进行升级换代。将容易堵塞和烧蚀的非金属纤维PP毡升级为坚固耐蚀的金属烧结纤维;将容易安装损坏的一次性尼龙滤芯升级为可拆卸清洗反复利用的金属滤芯;将冰机的油气分离器滤芯毛毡改为金属过滤,同时提高精度和聚结作用,使油气达到彻底分离。通过这些改造既提高了设备过滤分离效率,也大大节省了采购成本,保证了装置长周期运行。
        By comparing several filter elements of different materials and structures,the filter elements of some equipment in polypropylene plant are upgraded.The non-metallic fiber PP felt which is easy to be blocked and ablated is upgraded to a strong and corrosion-resistant sintered metal fiber;and the disposable nylon filter element which is easy to be damaged is upgraded to a removable,cleanable and reusable metal filter.In order to separate oil and gas thoroughly,metal filter is used instead of wool in the oil and gas separator of the ice machine.After the revamp,not only the filtration and separation efficiency of the equipment is improved,but also the purchasing cost is saved greatly and long-term operation of the device is guaranteed.
