摘要
石油化工装置总图布置是否合理直接影响总图设计质量、建设投资和生产经营成本。必须遵守节约用地原则,合理布局、优化设计。总图运输设计应将节约用地的理念贯穿于设计工作的每一环节,科学合理地使用每一寸土地。分别从厂址的合理选择、工艺装置区布置、道路设计、罐区布置、管道综合布置、预留地和规范正确理解等7个方面阐述了石油化工装置总图设计节约用地的有效措施。
        In the general layout design of petrochemical plant,environmental conditions are comprehensively utilized to reasonably select the construction site and determine the locations of various structures,transportation lines,pipelines and greenings based on the requirements of production,use,safety and environmental protection. The reasonability of general layout directly affects the quality of general layout design,the construction investment and the production and operation cost. The principles of saving land must be abided by,and rational layout and optimum design shall be carried out so as to achieve the effective utilization of land resources.General layout engineers should fully realize the importance of land conservation and scientifically and rationally use every inch of land. This paper introduces the effective measures for saving land in the general layout design of petrochemical plants from seven aspects of reasonable selection of plant site,layout of process equipment area,road design,layout of tank area,comprehensive layout of pipelines,reserved land and correct understanding of specifications.
