以脑梗死为首发症状的AIDS合并梅毒患者超选择动脉溶栓1例

摘要
目的观察rt-PA动脉溶栓治疗以脑梗死为首发的AIDS合并梅毒患者的临床疗效。方法采用NIHSS评分评估治疗前及治疗24 h后的神经功能缺损程度。结果本病例动脉溶栓后取得很好效果。结论 rt-PA动脉溶栓治疗以脑梗死为首发的AIDS合并梅毒患者是一种有效方法,还需大样本进一步研究。
Objective The observe the efficacy of arterial thrombolysis use rt-PA in patients with AIDS complicated with syphilis.Methods NIHSS scores were used to compare the degree of neurological deficits before and after treatment.Results The effect of arterial thrombolysis was very good.Conclusion rt-PA arterial thrombolysis is an effective method for AIDS patients with syphilis.Further large samples studies are needed.
