摘要
以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌种,通过比较苄索氯铵与聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)两种杀菌剂单独使用和混合使用的杀菌效果,考察了其杀菌率的高低。结果表明,这两种杀菌剂单独使用时对上述两种常见的细菌具有很好的杀菌效果,并且两种杀菌剂具有协同杀菌作用,当苄索氯铵与PHMB以1∶1的比例混合使用时,可达最佳协同作用。
        In this paper, E. coli and S. aureus were used as experimental strains. The bactericidal effects of bacteriocin and polyhexamethylene biguanide( PHMB) as fungicides used alone and in combination were examined and their bactericidal rates were examined. The results showed that the two fungicides have good bactericidal effect on the above two common bacteria when used alone,and the two fungicides have a synergistic bactericidal effect. When the benzethonium chloride and PHMB are mixed in a ratio of 1∶ 1,The best synergetic effect can be achieved.
