摘要
通过试验对不同聚灰比条件下聚合物水泥基防水涂料性能进行了研究,重点对不同聚灰比条件下聚合物水泥基的拉伸性能、低温柔性和吸水率进行了对比试验,分析了不同聚灰比条件下聚合物水泥复合防水涂膜在微观结构、力学性能和耐水性方面的差异性。研究结果表明,高聚灰比聚合物形成的连续相相对于低聚灰比涂料更为完整,高聚灰比聚合物的延伸性和低温柔性更优良,低聚灰比聚合物涂膜的耐水性比高聚灰比涂膜更好。
The properties of polymer cement based waterproof coatings are studied by means of experiments.The tensile properties,low temperature flexibility and water absorption rate of polymer cement based on different cement content are compared.The differences of microstructure,mechanical properties and water resistance of polymer cement composite waterproof coating are analyzed.The results show that the high polymer cement ratio formed continuous phase relative to the low polymer cement ratio coating is more complete.The high polymer cement ratio extensibility and low temperature flexibility more excellent.The water resistance of the polymer coating is better than that of the polymer coating.
